Midlands Floor Screeding install various cementitious screed throughout the midlands area. Delivering the strength required to meet Category A, B or C and in some cases rapid drying to allow for the early installation of floor finishes above the traditional screed.

MFS hold the license to install the award-winning Isocrete K-screed system which is a semi-dry cementitious screed that combines consistency, high strength, rapid installation and excellent moisture control with the ability to add several bolt-on subfloor systems such as underfloor heating and acoustic insulation. If a faster drying screed is required Isocrete Fast K can be installed.
Midlands Floor Screeding also offer a standard 1:4 cement sand screed, which is installed on most our projects. All our screed is site mixed, which provides great flexibility on site, early trafficking times and control to ensure to correct mix ratio. All our screed is mixed using our Putzmiester M740 screed pumps.
Product Details
Semi-dry cementitious screeds with additives can provide some of the most robust screed layers available, making them ideal for locations likely to face challenges such as very heavy footfall, physical impacts and forklift truck movement.
